We will ship your order via US Postal Service Priority Mail unless you request another method. We charge you the actual USPS shipping fee ($3.85 for orders up to 2 lbs). We never charge a handling or packaging fee.
Gift orders are happily sent to your recipient with no additional charge in the U.S. Gift wrapping is available for a small extra charge.
We will never sell, rent or give away your email or home address. We may send you updates on new fragrances and products or coupon offers from time to time, but will honor your wishes if you choose to be excluded.
We care and want you to be happy with your order. Email, fax or phone within three days of receipt of in-stock items ordered through this website if you're not satisfied in any way. We'll arrange an exchange or refund, whichever you prefer.
Due to the nature of custom made/labelled items, they are not refundable once shipped.
Stock items can be cancelled without charge up until time of shipment. Custom orders or
private label items can be cancelled without charge up to 72 hours after ordering. After
that time, there will be a 50% charge.
